Bestcare LLC Limited Warranty Policy

Bestcare LLC is committed to delivering high-quality patient lifts, slings, and accessories. We offer a limited warranty on these products to be free from defects in workmanship and performance. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser or user and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claims Process

• Warranty claims must be submitted through the authorized dealer or distributor that sold the original product.

• Claims must include proper proof of purchase and the product’s serial number.

• Prior authorization from Bestcare LLC is required for any warranty replacement.

Replacement Process:

• Bestcare LLC reserves the right to replace parts or accessories instead of issuing a complete new patient lift.

• Advance warranty replacement items will be billed to dealers/distributors and credited 100% only upon return and inspection of the defective item.

• Products returned without a valid return authorization or after 30 days from the issuance of authorization will be refused.

Warranty Claim Denials:

Claims will be denied if inspection reveals evidence of:

• Misuse, modification, or failure to maintain the product as outlined in the owner’s manual.

• Removed or defaced serial numbers.

• Normal wear and tear.

Warranty Periods

• Lift frames and spreader bar: 3 years

• Actuator: 2 years

• Parts (casters, control box, PCB, pendant, charger): 2 years

• Batteries: 1 year

• Weigh scale: 2 years

• Spryte stand aid (all components): 2 years

• Hydraulic pumps: 1 year

• Reusable slings: 6 months

Disposable Slings

Bestcare LLC Single Patient Slings are designed for limited use with one patient and should not be washed. Bestcare will replace disposable slings found to have manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
